Should I bind today? (Need to know ASAP)

    I am feeling really dysphoric today, but it's going to be like 110 degrees if not more today.

    Should I bind in this heat or would it be unsafe?

    I know virtually nothing about binding, but I don't think it would be very unsafe.

    I'm not the best answerer on this though.

    It gets up to 110 here, and I've been able to bind. The only problem is I always end up sweating a ton. It should be okay though. If you feel any problems just change.

    alright. i plan to stay inside mostly since I burn and it'd gonna be hot... and to drink lots of water.

    Just be sure to stay hydrated. Also, sometimes if you get heat rash, some powder will help.
