I need help with making a homemade binder. I know they are not safe but I'm not out to my parents and anyway we have no money. Any Ideas to make a safer one?
1. If you have pantyhose: Cutting out part of the section between the legs, and the leg part short makes it look like a shirt. I think this one's the most effective. 2.
