I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how or point me to a good resource where I can find out how to make a DIY binder. I'd love to get a real one, but for now that's not possible.

I've been using a neoprene back wrap but it's so uncomfortable and quite noticeable. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Before I got my binder I layered sports bras (I know, I'm sure you've heard that one before) but it works pretty well if you do it right. Put one on and fold it up in half when it's on you so that it kind of flattens things out. Then put another on and maybe a tanktop. Layering helps. I've seen some DIY binder things but some are dangerous and most don't work. :/

Sometimes a too small sports bra will work. There is also the method of wearing one sports bra backwards and another one forwards. I also had some luck with a sports bra and a compression shirt. I also know some people that have had luck with this method.

Just be sure to listen to your body, if it starts to hurt, then take it off. You don't want to do any damage to yourself.

I've heard of people layering sports bras. But when binding, either with sports bras or a binder, listen to your body. If you feel pain, take off your binder.
