I'm pretty close to being out to my mum and dad (or at least my mum) so I'm hoping that I will soon be able to start on hormones, only one problem. I'm 15 and I'm not sure if there is a minimum age that you can start on HRT. Is there a minimum age and how do I go about getting it.

I'm in Australia if that makes any difference!!!

    Hey :smilewave

I found this website that may be helpful, it gives some requirements for HRT: Hormone Therapy (HRT)

I'm not sure about Australia, but in the US, I know of gender clinics that work with children as young as 7 or 8 to start them on the process of transitioning once it's clear that it's an appropriate route for them. There are certainly controversies with starting that early, but by 15, any such concerns should be alleviated.
