My question is, do other trans people get dysphoria that comes and goes. When there's some days that's worse than others?
I'm asking because today for example, my dysphoria wasn't as bad as other days I've had it, and I didn't mind my body too much (it's mostly just my chest I don't like), but then there's other days where I've broken down and cried. :tears:

Yeah from what I've heard that's pretty normal.

That is the most common thing I think - it changes over time.

Sorry you get like that sometimes. (*hug*)

I have had days where I feel fine, and days where everything is hell. Dysphoria is rarely a steady thing. Im sorry you had to go through that.

Can someone help me? I don't feel like a girl but I don't feel like a guy but I like both masculine and feminine things... I'm just so confused
