So, I've got questions and I really need answers.

    1. Any way I can bind safely without an actual binder?
    2. Gender-neutral names?
    3. Tips on coming out? I'm afraid my friends won't remember the proper pronouns.

As for binding, you can always use a sports bra.
One regular size, one a size too small. You don't want them to be too tight or they can cause damage to your ribs and spine.
As for the names, I've always thought of Skyler/Skylar as a fairly neutral name.
    Others include:
    Taylor
Logan (though it's most often used for males)
    Alex
    Jordan
    Ramsay

Now as for coming out, it's hard for anyone to do this. If they've been your friends for a while, then they'll be more used to calling you by your old pronouns. Start out with one or two people and ask them to call you by a preferred pronoun and correct them or let them correct themselves. Once they get more used to it, get a few more people to do it. Just ease into it. There's no need to rush it.

Anyways good luck with this and I hope all goes well!

Thanks! I'm having trouble finding names I like, though. Oh, well. Thanks for replying!
