I am Transgender masculine, I have been using my chosen name, just basically living, working etc under my name. Yet I am confused by what "living as a man." means I guess. Maybe this is a bit silly :frowning2: I am still pre T so I sound, face still looks like a woman as well. I do dress in mens clothing as well.

I can understand your confusion. Your therapist was wrong to make such a statement without clarifying what they mean. From what you have written, you are doing fine and you should transition at a pace in which you feel comfortable to do so...

Can you give the context in which your therapist made such a statement, have you been feeling an increased level of dysphoria recently or a regression in your level of connection that you feel to your body?
