For some reason I sometime feel dysphoric but only in some places. For example today I've been hating my hands, they're just too big or something... Is this a normal thing or not?
I get dysphoria from my feet. They're really small, so I hate taking my shoes off. Same goes for my forearms, they're reeaaaalllyy skinny. So yeah, its totally normal
Yeah I get that a lot. I've had dysphoria over my arms, hands, and pretty much everywhere else at some point.
