I have pretty severe bottom dysphoria, and every day I'm feeling more and more need to purchase a packer. Also, I'll be going to boarding school, with roommates and stealth, so there's also a passing need to fulfill as well. Just to be clear, I do not have the resources, nor do I have the desire to buy a gift card and hide it from my parents because I feel that lying like that is morally wrong. Anyways, I think I'm going to ask my dad tomorrow, but I'm wondering how to phrase it in a way that he understands my need for it (not want) and to make the situation as least awkward as possible.

Good question. I think with these kinds of things there's no real right way to ask. I think just do your best to stress your discomfort. Being a guy without a package - I think most guys would get it, how awful it would feel for THEM if suddenly they were without. As long as they are accepting and trying to understand your experience.

Don't forget to get a harness or a jockstrap, just in case packing with underwear only doesn't work or if you wear boxers.
