So I'm pretty sure that I'm genderfluid or possibly transgender. I told my sister about my questioning, and she was pretty supportive about it. But when I asked her to call me by a different name when our parents aren't around so I could just see how it made me feel, she said she won't because she doesn't like the name that I wanted to experiment with being called. She also said that she won't call me that unless our parents also start calling me it. I'm not ready to tell them about this because my dad is very transphobic and I'm not sure of how my mom feels about this kind of stuff. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to deal with this?

What about friends? You could also try finding LGBT+ support groups in your area and try things out there with them.
