So, I am transgender, FtM, and I've known this for quite a while now. I am also bi-sexual, but that's besides the point.
What I am trying to get at is that I like wearing girl clothes something's, but I feel more comfortable being called guy pronouns. I am not sure what this makes me..
I've always been like this, wanting to be called guy pronouns and treated like a guy, but wear girly clothes. I am so confused and lost about what this makes me and I just really need help.

It's possible to be a trans guy and still like girly clothes. The clothes you like don't determine your gender. Lots of cis guys like crossdressing, it's no different for trans guys.

It doesn't matter what clothes you wear! Gender is on the inside, not the outside. If you think you are male, then you are male!
