I would say either gender fluid or bigender.

genderfluid is more of a hybrid gender identity, feeling part male, part female.

Bigender means shifting between male and female. One day you feel female, the other male.

To elaborate on what Yaeli said, some people like to think of genderfluid like being on a spectrum between 2 genders. On any given day you shift around between the different shades of gray.

Bigender is more polar. It's like one day you wake up and say "I feel like a boy!" and the next day you go "Hmm, now I feel like a girl!"

There's also Two-spirit. That identify is more a stable blending of 2 genders. Ex: you feel 50% boy and 50% girl fairly stably from day to day. Another term for that is Androgyne.
