That's okay to be confused. That's what we're all here for! Do you know what being bigender is? It's being both genders at once! And then there's being gender fluid. That's when yoit gender depends on how you feel. It if you care to go more in depth with your story, I'm sure we could help you even more ^_^

I have masculine hobbies from sports to videogames etc. But i fell like a female, i feel like I would rather dress as a girl and put on make up, heels and a dress if I was on a night out when I look at the girls in my school I think "thats what I want to look like" I loath my body hair and my slowly deepining voice

You sound like me honestly. I love video games, but at the same time, I want to be the girl if I get the option. I'd rather see a superhero movie than a romcom, but I still want to get dressed up and look pretty when I go. And girl, my body hair and deep voice suck. Like, hard core. I personally identify as a girl. Maybe you do too?

Hmmm, yeah I could be like you. I think it might be best to give myself a few years to see if I am still feeling this way, maybe until im 16/17 what do you think?

I mean, I personally don't think 13 is too young to tell if you are trans. It might be beneficial to give yourself a few months to see how you feel. You can block a lot of effects of puberty (which, if you are trans, you're NOT going to like) if you get on the right prescription early enough. In the mean time, I'd suggest ticking around here in a safe controlled environment where you can experiment. Is there a name you'd like me to call you?

I'm 23 and just figured this out about myself. I am a Bisexual gender fluid male, who has more feminine days thN male. I prefer to be recognized as female, but I'm happy physically having make parts. Buyt I have female features as well. I have a heart shaped face, and long feminine legs. I have an hourglass frame with a height of 5'7" so I balance out.

I had written a message but clicked backspace and uhhhhhh it's gone. Anyway. I can summmarize the most important point.

If you do wait that long befre you decide whether or not you want to transition, it's likely that you will already be so far down puberty lane that certain changes will be irreversible.

Maybe seeing a therapist is a goood idea if you aren't already. Maybe one who specializes in gender issues.

Perhaps if you were to consult your parents. There should be a therapist nearby, right? I think if you saw a general therapist, they could forward you to specialist(s) later on if you do decide that's what you want.

Confusion is super duper normal, hun, don't worry. Gender and sexuality are a bitch. I went through 4 or 5 different labels in both the sexuality and gender areas before getting my facts straight (Oh brother I'm bad. I just laughed my *** off at a "as straight as I am joke" I made myself).

You've gotten some really good advice. But truly, don't rush to make a decision. And in the end, I know you wish that an answer could magically fall out of the sky, but it just isn't going to. You, and ONLY you, can know what your gender is. And it might take time, but trust me. You'll be so much happier, and it WILL be worth the wait.

Don't worry. Exploring gender and sexual orientation is 100% normal at your age. Just take a step back, breathe, and don't stress. Everything will be fine <3

    Hi
There are some good support services and places you can talk things out in Ireland. Unlike when I was your age.
    A good website is LGBT - Life - SpunOut.ie - Ireland's Youth Website
another good website is Get Information : LGBT.ie (in the top left there is an "emergency exit" button which is very quick)
If you think you may be Trans there is a group based in Dublin called TENI, you might find them helpful.
This is their website Welcome to TENI
The people on any of these sites are good listeners and non judgemental.

Best of luck and lots of love. (*hug*)

    Sorry, I didn't,
I don't follow sports but I do take part in them. I do a bit of running and occasionally win my age category (over 60) - a 5k in about 21 minutes. A few years ago I got my black belt in a full contact marshal art while training in Japan.
I suppose I don't follow sport because I get too distracted looking at the 'fit' guys to follow what's going on.

    Look after yourself.
