For some reason today I've felt really alone and and it really has been fighting dysphoria later.

I'm here for you, if you'd like to talk about anything in particular.

I know how lonely it can feel when it's just you and dysphoria dishing it out - believe me. Please try to remember that we here at EC are here for you, no matter what.

It's natural for humans, when we feel 'different' than the rest, to feel lonely as well, even more than it is for regular people. Just try to feel better, if you can. Do something; hobbies and sports are a distraction, and running in track helped me figure myself out. Maybe it'll help you with your dysphoria or something, I dunno.

And if that doesn't help, remember: you have an entire, rather large website, here for you. (*hugs*)
