    Do you have one?
Are you going to include it if/when you change your name?
Are you going to change it... or.. Masculinize/Feminize it?

    Mine is 'Marc'
And I reeeaaally don't like 'Marcy' or 'Marcela', but I love the name...
Aaaany suggestions for anything that could be shortened to Marc, or similar names. It seems a shame to get rid of. If anything similar, from the list of names I have somewhere, the closest is 'Mako'

But then I'd be Nicole Mako H*****

Though, to me, a name should /feel right/ it needs to describe your identity, to yourself as much as anything. Like I couldn't be a 'Cassie' or a 'Hazel'. Nothing wrong with those names, they just wouldn't be me.

But still, I'm curious if you know of/can think up any names for 'Marc' and if you plan on keeping/altering yours~

And then I could be that girl from Adventure Time! x3
But truly I think of it better than the two suggestions I've had.

    "Nicole Marceline H****"

    May actually add it to the list of things to consider, thanks ^^;

    Yep.

I want to keep my birth first-name. I really haven't thought about my middle name.

I probably should change it. It's pretty feminine (Rose). My mother's former middle name was "Carol". She hated it, so when she married my dad, she made her maiden name her middle name. So her initials used to be SCJ, and are now SJS.

I guess I'd have to think about a new legal middle-name change.

Mako would be an awesome middle name! That name immediately reminded me of Mako, the EDM producer who made songs like "I Won't Let You Walk Away" "Our Story" and "Smoke Filled Room".

But of course, if you don't like it...

I would recommend Maryellen. It lacks the "c" but it's close, and it's very elegant and feminine to me.

    For yours?

Something that sounds similar to what you're describing is the name "Mercer" which is one of my all-time favourites. Other than that: Mac, Mercy/Mercei, Mako, Mika/Mica, Marceline.

For me, I am changing my first and middle names entirely and they take no resemblance (at least not phonetically) from my original names. They are...
    Alec Sebastian H.

My given names were extremely feminine, and sounded a bit fairytale-ish. After much consideration I decided to abandon them.

I've always been a Nicole, but a friend asked me about it last night, and I had no idea.

I'm liking the support for Mako.
[And I may have to check out those songs]

I'm not sure when I plan on changing my name. Probably when I'm further down the line of stuff.

And oh man Maryellen sounds wonderful, I don't think I'll live up to a name like that x3

And Kodo, I've always like the name Sebastian, though it always got shortened to 'Seb'

Yeah, mine is Jayne, which easily goes to Jay.
I've called myself Cody Jay before in my head and I think it fits well.

Yes. I've chosen Nigel as a middle name because my chosen first name, Wolfgang, is German, and I feel like I should have a very British sounding middle name to balance it out a bit.

    Mine is Scott.
I've always planned to flip my first name and middle name since my first name is a family one and (though feminine) sort of important.

Macey/Macie or Makena are slightly similar...I like Mako though. Reminds me of Mass Effect xD As for me, my middle name is Julia so I figure I can change it to Julius or Julian. I really like Julian better but since my chosen first name is Kellen the two "en" endings sound weird.

I thought Mako might be a character [as I haven't played Mass Effect], but I discover it's an 'infantry fighting vehicle' with 'mass accelerator cannon and coaxial-mounted machine gun'... I'm even more okay with this as my middle name xD

Alien, Kellen, Julian. You do like those kinds of names =3

I was worried about 'Nicole Mako' because they sound similar with the 'ko/co' bit.

I also realised that my initials would be NME, if I changed my last name to the name I give my story characters. Which makes me think of that magazine x3

    Lol yesss xP

And yeah apparently I do I didn't really think about it...Kellen is what my parents were going to call me if I was boy though so I can't entirely blame myself =P

I think Nicole Mako sounds fine, it's not too similar since it's not the exact same spot in both words.

And well as long as it's a good magazine lol x3

The middle name given to me was Alice, now it's Mark. There was no way I was going to keep my given middle name, especially since I've chosen a fairly neutral first name. My middle name is the only thing that makes my name distinctly male.

I'm not comfortable with mentioning my birth middle name, but it's Jerick now. It's been an up and down quest to find what works, and I know for a good two years it was Mason but that didn't feel right after a while.

I had two middle names before, so that is three names in total + surname, and I plan to keep it that way. My new first name is Dorian, and I plan to use Gabriel and Lo (short form of my old name) as my middle names.

My middle name is Willard. Interesting because's in a man's name. It's a family name and my mom wanted to include it with my name. So I'm Emily Willard B______. My siblings all have a family name included as their first or middle name or initials.

My current birth middle name is Bryan, my father's middle name, I feel bad about changing it; but I want to change it to Blair.
