So......it's that time of the month again :bang: and my dysphoria is always really bad. I know that all the hormones and emotions during my period can cause me to be emotional, but I feel really awful. I was wondering how some of you all got through period-related dysphoria.
    Thanks!

Same here friend. Shark week drives me up a wall.

I try to distract myself since that's all I really can do. I find that just focusing on my studies, realizing that one day things will change and just trying to push it to the back of my mind works best.

Ugh it's due any day now... How I deal? Read horrific period stories online, music, nice hot soak in the bath for crampies, tell myself one day I'll be on T and not have to deal with this... (*hug*)
