This is something I have always had this fantasy of doing that is definitely a turn on for me. I wouldn't necessarily be interested in cross dressing or anything like that, although I know that there is a decent number of guys (that are usually straight or mostly straight, btw) who have fantasies of cross-dressing. However, for me, the idea of doing this is definitely a turn on. I had a dream about this the other night, and I definitely enjoyed it in my dream. There was once when I was drunk when I put on my Mom's pink bathrobe and purse, and I walked around the house for a bit. When I did that, I didn't really feel anything about it. I didn't dislike it, but it wasn't something I particularly enjoyed either. There's also this guy that my parents are somewhat friends with that did it, and it made me yet more intrigued in the whole idea of it. He often does this, and he is not even gay or anything.

I've just learnt that gender is different from ones sex
Gender can be on a continuum from male to female and all shades between
Nothing to do with sexuality necessarily -
So for me I feel 35% male In my gender in my sex I am 100% female

Lots of men paint their nails and are not cross dressers -
It's interesting that you see it as only a female thing ....

There's nothing wrong with painting your nails. Plenty of guys do it, myself included.

There's nothing wrong with any of that and I don't think it has really any major meaning so I wouldn't worry about it.

Also gender and gender expression really don't have anything to do with being 'gay'.

I'm fucking doing it! I decided that I am doing this and telling my family about it. Why not. I mean I just realized that this singular act has such an immense bearing on who I am as a person. This is it. This is the night of my life. If anyone sees this post, then the hell with it.

Good luck, man. If anyone gives you shit for it, then the hell with them getting uptight over something trivial.

Well I did it. I said to my parents that I did this a few times, and they were completely okay with the whole thing. I said I already did it in the past just to kind of test the waters, and they were completely 100% cool with it. My Mom even said, "I don't have any reaction that at all." My Dad even asked me if I wanted to get nail polish instead of using a sharpie like I said I said I had done in the past. I said I didn't really, but within minutes of him saying that I painted my toenails with blue sharpie and I think it came out pretty good  After I did it, I have to say I love it  I will DEFINITELY be doing it a lot more times  They still haven't seen it yet, but since it seems like it's basically a non-issue, they'll see it at some point. I think it's great, and I'm glad that I decided to this. To be honest, what really got me on the idea of doing it was a dream that I had.
