I would really like to start on T, but I just found that the nearest trans-friendly provider is 189 miles away. Definitely not a trip I would be able to take on a regular basis. Is there any way they could consult with someone closer? Or does anyone know of any trans-friendly providers in Wyoming (particularly western)? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hmm, is it possible to check in with your doctor or a local therapist to see if they have any resources?

Could you Skype or call and do a session like that?
