Most of my family is Spanish and I'm wondering if there are any gender neutral pronouns that can be used in Spanish. Anyone know any?

I've heard of ello, elle, or ellx being used, but I'm not fluent so I may be wrong

Lo/ello can be used but is kinda iffy since it's generally used for objects. My personal favorite is elle/elles because it's obvious how it would be pronounced, and it doesn't already mean something (other than referring to the letter LL, but it's very obvious that you're not using it to mean that).
