So I was hoping my mom wouldn't make a big deal about how I dress for thanksgiving but of course she wants me to be cute and girly. She cant wait to show everyone how cute her "daughter" is  I really hope I don't say something about being a boy accidentally.

Happy thanksgiving to everyone and I hope everyone's day goes well! (&&&)

Hahaha. Feeling the same way too, bro. I'm out to my mom so she's not pressuring me to be feminine, but I'm scared I'll have a slip of the tongue.

    Hey guys,

It's not an ideal scenario by any stretch, but whilst it's not great to be under this pressure, particularly for you QuietNerd since you have to present super girly, remember- it's a temporary event. The gatherings are finite in duration, and will be done and dusted in a day or few, and once the friends and relatives leave, you can breathe easier! It will fly by really fast!

Trust me guys, you can do this!

    Happy thanksgiving!

Thank you <3 It wasn't as bad as I expected! Aside from my grandma babying me and calling me girly nicknames it wasn't too bad. But I am glad that everyone is gone and I can relax

I've noticed that at thanksgiving more people call me "he, son, boy," etc. than any other time. It's like, the only way that these relatives relate to me is by gender. Eh, they couldn't handle the real me even if they wanted to, LOL. Suck it, relatives!

    Oh, and happy thanksgiving.
