First, it's not allowed to exchange personal details like contact details for security reasons - however, after some time (two weeks, I think? Can't remember exactly), you can apply for Full Membership. If granted, you can then send Private Messages (which is not the same as a Wall Message) to people, where you may include details such as your Skype or so. That said... I'm MtF, too, so...
