Hi! I think I'm possibly agender because I don't feel a connection to any gender. I'm assigned female at birth and present feminine but inside I feel very null and empty. I'm thinking of going by a gender neutral name. If I do some I'm considering are- Leighton Hayden Addison Emery Emerson My profile pic is a photo of me as well so if you think any suit/ don't suit. Hey I think you would wear "Hayden" much better than my self-proclaimed Lord of Everything little brother does lol!! XD I'm also looking into gender-neutral or other names. Nothing to be changed in official documents or stuff like that, just to give it a try. I was thinking Casey-Robert, all one name, CR for short. Casey gender neutral as a girl and a guy can have it (aka Casey Jones ) And Robert because I lean to more the male side than the female so I think it would fit. Or maybe I should go with Robert. I don't know lol. And btw, I mis-read that name Leighton as Lexington, and that made me think of the old Gargoyles cartoon lol. WHO I might add is confirmed by the creator to be gay! XD Progression FTW! ^^
You sure look like Hayden, but Leighton fits as well. I use a neutral name in social media when I don't feel like using a feminine name as the I officially hold, even though I like it. Yea, I think asking others to say some of the names out loud may help as well in your decision process now that I think about it. Because sometimes things can be cool in thought, but when said out loud it may sound different than you thought. So give that a try maybe and see which names clicks best for you Sorry for posting twice on this this thought JUST came to me Also to Hawk, HELLO fellow Albertan how's it goin' eh?? I've always gone by Jamie since I was a baby (it's a diminutive of my legal name). And if I transition to female I'm keeping Jamie. It's a perfectly legitimate female name, and I don't have to confuse myself or anyone else with an unnecessary change. Also, Drew is a very nice name.
