So I've been wearing my binder more recently and my dad told me last night that I should stop wearing it because I have asthma and it's almost spring which means allergies. Does anyone have tips or tricks for dealing with that?

(edit: maybe this belongs in physical health but idk)

    Hello,

    1. Make sure you're taking any medication that you have [if any]

    2. Only wear the binder when the dysphoria gets relatively bad

    Hope this helps.

Just take it off if your allergies get bad. I also have asthma, allergies, and wear a binder and I'm usually fine with it. I have a small chest, so if I'm not going anywhere I just wear two shirts and a hoodie, which covers up my chest pretty well, so if you're small you can do that.
