I hope its okay I ask in this thread but, I wanted to ask this question before I buy myself a binder.

Little info about me: I was born with a spinal cord problem called Spina Bifida and it made my spine not be straight and all. The thing is I am worried a binder might mess with my back? I don't want to buy one and end up not being able to wear it. I just wanted to ask and make sure that it wont injure my back in any way. I feel like the half tank from GC2b wont be too bad? I don't know! :help:

I'm not too sure to be honest. My partner has issues with his back too, and since his binder just disappeared, he's been using tight sports bras for now.

maybe get checked with a doctor to see if wearing would not cause any problems.

You should talk to your local GP (or American equivalent) about it.
