I've recently bought a chest binder, but now I wonder, what is more comfortable or more practical type: strapless binder or the vest one?

I've personally had more luck with the vest type of binders. I've tried different sorts of strapless binders and they all were too tight and caused pain, even though they were the correct size.

I've seen a lot of binders in my work, and I've never seen a strapless one that was both effective and safe for every day wear.

Vest, every time. I've never come across a strapless binder that works well or is comfortable, whereas the options for vest-style binders are pretty good.

I've always used vest style... whenever I look into it, it seems to me the strapless ones tend to be less safe, less comfortable, and harder to get a good fit. Plus I would be worried about it somehow slipping. It would probably have to be rather tight (in a bad way) for me to not worry about it.
