So far, my mom's been really supportive of me, but I don't think she understands the whole concept of binders, or pronouns, or hormones. When I told her that I wanted to quit soccer so that I could embrace myself, she said that I should keep doing soccer unless I go on hormones. She then laughed and moved on, like it was an absurd idea. I want to go on hormone blockers. Also, I want to get a binder but I don't think she's trying very hard to understand that part of me. I just want some help to give her links to videos or articles/blogs that I can show to her to help her understand what I'm going through.
