    Hello!
Though I've been involved with the trans community for quite a while now, I haven't yet "understood" the meaning of some of the "types" of dysphoria? I know top and bottom and experience both, but I can't find a definition on social dysphoria? And I heard about something called 2nd dysphoria too?
Can anyone explain this to me? Thanks!

Social dysphoria is whenever you get dysphoric from your treatment in a social aspect, which includes undesired pronouns, treatment as your natal sex, or having to do something specifically for that sex, like wear a dress/suit or play on a certain team for sports. There's more stuff that could fall into this category, but those are the first things I thought of.

2nd probably is referencing secondary sex characteristics, stuff you get at puberty. Some examples could be voice, body shape, hands, feet sizes, things like that (for a trans guy). Things that puberty gave you that people consider "female" is pretty much this one.

I think most of the time top and bottom dysphoria are just put into the category of "body dysphoria". It's a general term to describe what you're feeling, without having to be awfully specific, plus that way it's not just focused on these two areas. You could also experience body dysphoria towards your voice, body hair, height, body shape etc.
