For quite a while I've been trying to find the perfect (nick)name for myself, and I want to go by something that I could shorten my given name or middle name to. I have a few names in mind, but I'm kind of stuck as to which name to use. The names I've been thinking of using are either; Kade/Kaden, KJ (initials), or Jay.
I have a few pictures on my profile if there's a name you think may suit me, and I know names can be kind of personal, but I just want some suggestions of what you guys think.
    Thanks.

I guess you have to be a full member to be able to see your photos but just wanted to say I like Kade/Kaden, its actually a pretty common trans name so keep that in mind if you want something unique. I'm thinking Jay at the moment too, shortened from Javen.

Having a couple people use a different name for you might help you decide because you'll find it easier to fit. Or call yourself it in the mirror, some of the names I tried didn't feel right when I called myself them so that allowed me to rule them out. If you have a certain ethnicity/nationality I found that typing that into Google when searching would give me more narrowed suggestions.

Sorry, I think I may have had it on 'friends only', anyway, it's set to 'everyone' now.
Thanks for your suggestions, I'll have to try them.

Personally, I'm not a fan of initial names. Between Kade(n) or Jay, methinks I prefer Jay. You seem like a "J" person. But, tis your name after all and you should choose that which suits you.

I've actually been trying out Jay on another site, but I'm so damn indecisive. Part of me wants to stick with Jay that I've been using for the past few months, but the other part of me wants to consider all my options.
The only reason why I'm hesitant on using Kade is cause I already know of a couple Kade's who are both considerably younger than me, and the only other Jay I know is a year older than me. Then there's Kaden, and if I go by that, then it falls into all the other -aiden names, and like Aberrance says, it's a popular trans-name.
I'll probably end up sticking with Jay, but I will try some of the suggestions.

I just really like the sound of KJ. But I know a pretty awesome guy who's named that, so it gives me a bias.

Hmm...I'm kind of deciding between the two; KJ and Jay. KJ would be easier to get my parents to start to calling me, but I don't know, I still kind of like Jay too.

It's funny you mention it, I've actually tried Jason for a while.
