I'm non-binary DFAB, and although it's widely seen as a 'woman' thing, I still like to shave my legs and my armpits. Not to conform with any social norms, I just like how it looks and feels, even if it only lasts a day at most. Can I still shave and be taken seriously as non-binary?
Sure thing. I shave too (and I'm highly non-stereotypical in many other aspects - but it doesn't change that I feel like a guy), so high five You are you, your life is yours, do what you like.
Shaving will not make your identity any less valid. So, if it makes you more comfortable, then I say go for it.
I'm a dude and I shave my armpits, quite a few (cis)guys do so here in Germany, at least during summer. Even if they wouldn't, I'd still shave. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. (I still sometimes miss the feeling of going to bed with freshly shaven legs, but shaving my legs now is wayyyy to much work. )
Plenty of cis guys shave those parts of their body, have you seen cis male athletes? You should do what makes you happy.
