I don't want to bombard the forums with my problems all at once, sorry if it seems like I'm doing that. On Saturday it's my Pop's 70th birthday, and he's having the party at a fairly nice place, the same place my aunt and uncle's engagement party/reception was (I don't really remember which one), and I want to wear a nice shirt... and a bowtie. It's a fairly nice place, but I'm worried that I'll look too formal. My shirt is white with pineapples, and it happens to match the bowtie really well. Should I go for it?
I mean the shirt sounds less formal if it's got pineapples on it so the bowtie would be a nice touch, especially if it matches well. Yeah, go for it.
