Hiii im new to empty closets, and i found it actually by accident lol. I'm genderfluid but I want a more androgynous hair cut. The thing is my mom doesn't know that I am trans/ genderfluid and I kinda wanna keep that way until I'm able to move out when I become legal in two years. Also I've tried looking up hair cuts that I would want but none seem to match my hair texture. I have 4a hair (really curly and spirally) about shoulder length but I mostly straighten it, and curl my bangs and pull a snapback on. I was wondering if there was a haircut that I could sort of keep my side bangs and shave the back down with my texture of hair. I just want to keep enough hair on top to that i have the option to straighten it and curl it . I'll attach a photo so you know what I mean. Also I want it to be short enough on top so that when i keep it curly it won't look strange.

Personally, I love the undercut style (what you just posted). Go for it.

I showed my friend this picture and tried to cut/shave my hair to match it. I really like the look though no amount of hair products I use seem to be able to get it to stayed styled like that.
When looking for pics I just typed in modern Pompadour hairstyle. So that might help you some.

You should do it! My hair is kinda like that, but shorter on the top and I don't wear it like that. I have man bun dreams, so I'm trying to make it longer on top and keep my undercut.

Also it looks awesome with a snapback like you said
