How to make your voice deeper naturally without like T?

I need to find a way that is like safe and stable, I don't care how long it will take. So what is the best way to lower the itch of your voice? And vis versa (for femme trans*)?

What I've been trying is when you're listening to music (a male singer) sing along and try and match his pitch.
I've also heard many times is to try and talk more from your chest.

There are lots of videos on YouTube you can watch about lowering your voice without T.

I found this that may also help:
    Masculine voice

For MTFs, voice changing might be a bit easier because it's easier to raise pitch than to lower it. As an analogy, violas can play violin music, but violins can't play viola music. It is harder, though, for violas to play violin music because of the higher range, but at least it's not impossible. A lot of voice changing has nothing to do with pitch. It's about nasalization, breathiness, intonation, and other factors.

Voice training. I'll record myself sometime but I was able to train my voice to sound almost an octave deeper. I don't pass on the phone but I usually do okay in most public situations now. I used to talk like a squirrel made of sugar pre transition.
