I identify as female but my gender expression is basically genderfluid. I feel no sort of dysphoria or a desire to hide my gender. Can gender expression be different from gender identity?
Gender expression is often similar to gender identity, but it is a purely statistical point of view. On an individual level, there might be little connection between the two. Simpler answer: there might be any combination of expression and identity.
