Like I've said in pretty much all of my posts, I do not know if I ever intend to transition or not. However, this is something that I've been thinking about and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good like templates or worksheets for planning future steps towards transition. I'm sure I could make one by myself, but I would appreciate some guidance. I feel like I need to have a concrete plan in place before I can really picture what my future might be like and if this is something that I can really see myself doing. Preferably, it would include things like coming out, hormone treatments, and certain surgeries.
