So I am going to a new school next year and I have recently come out as agender. No one there knows that and I am afraid that they will just assume I'm female. I don't want to just stand up in front of the entire class and shout it out loud. What should I do?

Perhaps when someone misgenders you, just politley correct them  No need to make a show of it, just be casual about it. Just make sure not to act insulted- that's pretentious.

Good luck at your new school! <3

I know I'm cis, but when people assume I'm straight - as long as I'm comfortable around them which is admittedly rare - I just gently correct them. It doesn't need to be a big show, and perhaps you could ask others to spread the news in a non-malicious way?
