Sometimes I'm totally comfortable being a girl. I like my name/body etc. most of the time. I'm extremely interested in gender roles etc.. Occasionally I feel actually uncomfortable being considered a girl. I like guys clothes a lot. I never feel like a guy but possibly gender neutral? I feel mostly comfortable as a female but not completely. What would this be called?

Gender expression (masculine/androgynous/feminine) is not the same as gender identity (male/non-binary/female). Therefore, you can be female and still like to wear clothing made for guys. The exception would be is if a person changed their gender expression so that others would see them as their true gender identity.

You say that ''I'm extremely interested in gender roles" - in what ways are you interested?
