Hey, I have a question if anyone here has any experience or possibly has an answer

Is it possible to start a transition in a foreign country (not your home country) and be able to get that recognized internationally? I have no idea how this works... Basically, if I started HRT and therapy then changed which country I live in, would there be a problem still accessing treatment? Would it just depend on the country?

This is probably a super obvious question, I'm not sure  Thanks!

In argentina that wouldn't be a problem, our public medicine provides free hrt and partial or complete surgeries to trans people... But I don't know of any other country, Sweden maybe I'm not informed about it.
