    does anyone know of a site or app where you can take your present picture and "change" it to a different gender MTF for example or FTM etc. ?

    That'd be cool. There are some voice changing apps and one where you can change your hair/facial hair. And I like to make myself male on the sims. Otherwise idk but let me know if you find one!
