This is kind of a do you think it's worth it question. Once I am out fully at school I plan on not shaving my legs at all but for now I am just to keep away the teasing. I have been debating though stopping now. I have less than a month until I come out and a week of that is Christmas break so I was thinking of wearing leggings for gym class instead of shorts for the next couple weeks. I just want to know if you think it's worth it to keep shaving for the next couple weeks or if I should just wear leggings. Thank you for the help.

Why not wear leggings? Unless you get really sweaty and sweat...down there...I'm not sure it would be terribly uncomfortable or hot. And if you have dysphoria too, I'm sure a little extra heat wouldn't be nearly as bad as feeling so anxious the whole time.

It can't be that bad, leggings are basically standard issue female workout attire these days. Plus not all leggings are designed for cold weather/heat retention, they make warm weather/moisture wicking ones too.

Depending on how dark your hair is skin coloured see through tights (not sure what they're called) make it look like you don't have hair. In all honestly though most people don't care. In September I was wandering around in my swimsuit a bit with my year in school and recently I've been

Wandering around in short shorts and those tights and no one says anything to me. I stopped shaving my legs a long time ago. Also my underarms unless I'm going to be wearing something that shows them/a woman's tshirt. Most people really don't care.
(It accidentally send them separately, sorry)

Leggings sound like a good way to go to me, or maybe sweatpants?

Some men shave their legs for sports, so you can look at it that way if you decide to shave. If not, I don't see why leggings are so bad. Depends on the gym rules though.

I'm not even out and I don't shave. On top of that, I have Latino blood that makes my hair very dark indeed. I just wear trousers all the time; nobody really notices or cares. If anybody does pick up on it, I just act like I don't care and they don't bother me about it. I'm pretty sure you'll survive wearing leggings.

Thanks all. My classmates are really mean about hints like that but today I just wore my leggings and I think I'm going to just keep doing that until I'm out.
