As you all know, I've been taking steps towards transition, as my gender dysphoria has gotten too hard to handle in the last few months. It was mild up until then. Tonight I'll be seeing my therapist for the second time. After the first appointment she said she feels comfortable writing an HRT note when I decide I want it. I think i need it now. I have not been coping well, particularly this week. I've been drinking to numb the pain, and even some self harm. Tonight I'll be talking with her about a few things: 1) Getting my note. 2) HEALTHY coping mechanisms. 3) Coming out. Especially when it's concurrent with hrt. I have a few others, but that's the main points. I will post here to keep you all updated when I get back.
I GOT IT I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And she said that the women's health center I was looking at is great, and she highly recommends them.
