I get scared and upset when my gender changes, and I don't know how to cope without making it obvious that I'm struggling.... Should I talk to anyone?

I think you should find someone to talk to that you can trust. It could be a friend, counselor, therapist, etc. so that you can talk to someone when your gender changes.

It's almost always better to talk about difficult things than not to. Tell someone you trust.
EC will always be here for you too!

You should find someone to talk to and perhaps they could help you find strategies to help you when that happens. But people on hear are always here to give advice if you need it!

I needed to talk to someone. Even if it is to just to help share the burden. Find someone you feel comfortable with and talk to them about everything. Even if it is a good day, when you are not transitioning as often or severe, talk to them. You also need to remember to love yourself. You are finding yourself, you have worth, you matter, you are loved! Find someone to talk to, and will remind you how awesome you are
