    Hey everyone,

I thought that I would start a feed on here for people to post ideas and tricks or tips about dealing with dysphoria or gender switches.

I know for me I try to accept the body I have even with the gender changes and pretend that my body is actually what gender my brain is telling me it is. It doesn't always work, but it seems to work for me most of the time.

Also distracting yourself by doing something engaging can help.

Perhaps also wearing more neutral clothing leaning towards whatever gender you are could help. But if all else fails do things that cheer you up and wear your favorite clothing types shirt, pants etc.
