I do my best not to think about my body but honestly it's not working at all. I just feel extremely sad and there is really nothing that I can do with having to put up with it.

My family doesn't like trans people and it doesn't seem like I will be able to get away from them anytime soon.

I just wish the pain didn't feel unbearable at times. ;(

What do you do when you feel sad?

I don't have a lot of advice to give. Usually when I am sad I try to distract myself in general.

Also to avoid dysphoria, I try to accept whatever my mind is telling me the mental map of my body is, and I also try to accept myself whatever my body looks like because it truly does not define what gender you are. I am AFAB so on days when I am male, whatever my body is telling me I take as true and try to convince my brain of it despite what I may see physically. So far it has worked pretty well. I wish you all the best, and good luck!

Get yourself some stuff to look good.
If you're a guy: Work out, shave your peach fuzz, do some facial hygiene (it's not as gay as you think!) and dress to impress.

If you're a girl: Makeup and shopping should work. But in that case you probably ask Kasey or Brooke, they'll know what to do.
