hi guys, I am really wanting to get a job but I have no confidence what so ever and I can barely talk or look people in the eyes. All of my anxiety stems from how I look/ my voice dysphoria and worrying what people are thinking about me all the time. How should I go about getting a job and what steps should I take to help myself in a social environment ?
Get a job in construction. There is no much talking and you're among guys. Might ease dysphoria aswell.
