Hey guys! I've been on T for about two days and my voice got like... super super scratchy. It sounds like I've got the worst cold in history, even though I for sure know I'm not sick. As well, I noticed one (one) veeeeeeery tiny hair by my lip... i'm concerned the T is working too quick? Usually these changes are at 3 months for most men... i'm very confused. If someone could help me out I'd appreciate it!

I know that my voice dropped slightly after about a week and a half on T. It took about 2 months for it to be noticiable consistantly though. I get that scratchy sounding voice whenever mine is about to drop. So, my guess is that the first thing that you will see is your voice drop. Everything happens at different rates for different people, so as long as you are not having some severe physical symptoms, I would not be alarmed by it.

Like Brad said, the scratchiness is what happens when the voice is going to drop. The day after I took T I felt that but thought I was getting a cold. A week later and BAM I noticed a voice drop.i know it works different for everyone but I doubt it will work too fast so don't be frightened. If you are still concerned, try waiting a week or 2 and if you still think the changes are too rapid, talk to your Endo.

some day man, someday. Just don't give up on who you are. My voice drop was very small and not completely consistent though. I noticed it nonetheless. It's been a month now and definitely can tell a difference from before I started.

You could actually be getting a cold. It seems very common to get sick right after starting T. I did and also thought my voice was dropping impossibly fast. It wasn't lol. Probably won't till at least three weeks.

It's different for everyone. Within the first few weeks, my voice started changing as well.

It seems colds are common when first starting T... I only felt some scratchiness in my throat though.. it was hard to tell if it was even a cold.. having a cold didn't even cross my mind at that point either.. hmmm..
