    Hi guys
Im going to uni next year and want to go as a guy so i need help picking a name that goes with my last name . My birth name is Hayley and I dont hate it I would be happy to keep it but it seems quite girly so im thinking of changing it. I want a name that is unisex or male but is still not really masculine I want a 'soft' name but i dont really want a real common unisex name. My last name is scott and I have trouble finding names to go with it.
    I considered the names
    1. Alec - im unsure if its to masculine
    2. Blaine - unsure if to masculine and It doesnt really go with my last name if you know a middle name that would make it fit better let me know:thumbsup:
    3. Charlie
    4. Theodore (theo) - bit masculine
    5. Misha
    6. Quinn
    7. Parker

If you have any other suggestions please let me know:icon_bigg

Iv considerd so many names its ridiculous I just need to pick one.
    Thanks.

I'm not sure what your middle name is, but when reading with your last name 2 syllable first names sounded best to me. From your list, Parker sounded nice.

    - Aaron/Erin
    - Ashley
    - Lott[e]
    - Darcy
    - Dillon/Dylan
    - Eli [E-Lie]
    - Ellis
    - Emile [Em-eel]
    - Frankie
    - Guin [Gue-en or Gwin]
    - Harri
    - Jayden/Jaiden
    - Jaime/Jamie
    - Jean/Gene [Gene is said the same as Jean but with different spelling]
    - Jess/Jesse
    - Jose [Jo-say]
    - Kim/Kimberly/Kym
    - Lacy
    - Marie [usually used as a middle name for men e.g. Paul-Marie]
    - Oli [Ol-lee]
    - Robin/Robyn
    - Sasha/Sashka
    - Tammie
    - Tobie/Toby

    Have fun at university.

Hayden sounds like Hayley, and I'd say it's not too masculine.

    Hello ^^

Hayley/Haley actually is a unisex name, in case you didn't know  But it is more feminine so maybe you don't want to use it. Alec is definitely a masculine name, as is Theodore. Theo is a bit softer-sounding, I think it could be used as a full name if you like. Misha is pretty masculine IMO, it's a nickname for Mikhail I believe. Charlie and Quinn are a bit common as unisex names but they're still nice and I think they're very androgynous. I've heard of guys and girls named Blaine so I don't think that sounds too masculine. I think I like Parker Scott the best but Charlie Scott is nice too. I wouldn't use a one syllable first name with the surname Scott.

I'm a bit biased towards Alec, myself, but if you want more unisex options here are some H name suggestions:
    -Harley
    -Hayden
    -Halloran (nickname Hal)
    -Harper

Hi. I'm not out yet so it doesn't affect my life too much but I chose to change my name. My birth name was Samuel so I changed it to Samantha. Just remember to choose something you're happy with. Your name is something that's hard to adjust to. You're going to have to be labelled with it for the rest of your life. Personally I like Charlie. It's a unisex name and still sounds kinda masculine. Just go with your gut and remember to be happy!

I'm originally Gabrielle and it's just been hard picking a name that goes for Burnett. Does anyone think Jeremy would work?
