Ever since I found out they don't give prescriptions same-day, this appointment doesn't seem like a big deal anymore.

Now, the one I get for (about) two weeks in the future, that's going to be a different story!

Cailan....Wow! that is so incredible! :eusa_clap. I fought for so many years to finally accept that I was gay. I often though of the gay-me as living in the back of my head waiting to be free...and you said the same thing. The gay-me became free on Dec. 25, 2014...I am so happy for you that Cailen is also now free! .....David. (!)

Even though you won't get your script that day, it still is one step closer than you were before. It may be annoying to have to go through another step, but at the end of the day it will be worth it.

It was as anti-climatic as I expected. Bloodwork, a whole pile of paperwork including a long thing on informed consent, and a quick interview. I go back on May 31 for my prescription.

It may not seem exciting, but at least yoy are one step closer than you were before the appoitment. You also now have a date that you are likely going to be getting your script.

You also don't have to do that paperwork again, so that is nice. There is a ton of paperwork it seems like...
