I was assigned female at birth and that has always been distressing for me. However, lately I wish I could identify with my female body. It would make things so much easier. I try to wear girls clothes sometimes but it always ends up with me crying for hours on end since I loathe my female body. Any other transguys feel this way too? I feel like I'm the only one.

I have felt this way before I transitioned. It may seem like it would be easier to live as your assigned sex. But since you said that when you put on female clothes you "cried for hours", I really doubt that it would be easier for you to live as female. We all want to be what society deems as "normal". Sometimes though, people fall outside of that. That is an uncomfortable feeling for the person involved. I think that is probably what you are feeling more than anything.
