Workout Routines for FTM Trans People?

    Being 5 foot 1 inch tall and 135 pounds, I've been struggling with passing. I figured a good way to help would be to gain some muscle. I haven't worked out at all in the past and I have very little muscle to start out with. I've been trying to figure out a good workout routine, but I haven't seen any results. I've been drinking some whey protein shakes and working out every day for about a month now. I'm feeling sore physically and emotionally. I don't really know what to do. I guess my question would be: Has anyone else been in this position? What sort of things have helped you pass? What kind of workout routines have worked for you? Thank you.
