    Keeping You a Secret by Julie Anne Peters

    Patience And Sarah by Isabel Miller was the first lesbian book I read. It blew me away. I had just left school and was broken-hearted as I was totally in love with my teacher.

    I apologize if you've already seen this, but the entertainment and media thread has this list of LGBT books: http://emptyclosets.com/forum/entertainment-media/61931-lgbt-books.html

    It's not organized, and there are a lot of books with gay or transgender individuals and not necessarily lesbians. But there are books with lesbians in them, you just have to wade through the pages to find them.

    I still haven't read any books with lesbian characters in them. :frowning2: Looks like I'll have to look into Keeping You a Secret!

    Anything by Malinda Lo is bound to have lesbians in it. I read Ash and liked it pretty well.

    Santa Olivia by Jacqueline Carey. Or really, anything by Jacqueline Carey. There are so many gay/bi/pan people in her books it's just great and she's a phenomenal author.
